The Ashburn Impact is a premier girls soccer program consisting of exceptional rising U15G WAGS players in Loudoun County, Virginia. Our tryouts represent a unique opportunity to join an extremely successful and player-centric program. We hope you’ll join us!

Parents can fill out all tryout paperwork online or download forms prior to tryouts. Go to our website at

ABOUT THE ASHBURN IMPACT
The Ashburn Impact is a premier girls soccer team based in the Ashburn, Virginia area. Composed of some of the best players in their age group from Loudoun County , the Impact are preparing to hold tryouts for our open positions on our team for all rising U15G soccer players.
The Ashburn Impact will be moving to WAGS in the fall.
The Impact was formed to deliver a progressive and positive travel soccer experience for the girls in our program. The team focuses on skills development at the travel (or select) level and measures success by the experience of the players. The Impact provides an attractive soccer environment that nurtures the highest level of competition and is built to develop superior life skills through team play, sportsmanship, top competition, and hard work. It is the mission of the Impact to create and maintain an environment diverse in talent and opinion where our players can build confidence through a stable and healthy youth soccer experience, which we believe, will contribute to a strong foundation for the future successes that all of our teenage players will achieve outside of youth sports. The Ashburn Impact will always strive to create a superior, player-centric program that develops outstanding soccer players and community citizens in a positive, competitive, and rewarding environment. At the core, our team philosophy is to have a strong and positive impact in the lives of our young soccer players.
The Impact’s coaching staff has many years of experience playing, training, officiating, and teaching the game of soccer at all youth levels. High quality professional training is provided to enable each player to become the absolute best soccer player she can be. Our goal as coaches is to teach and develop the technical, tactical, physical, and mental components needed to compete at an elite level - and to accomplish all of this in one of the most affordable travel soccer programs in the area .
