For the Fall 2010, Ashburn Soccer referee pay rates are as follows. Referees must be at least two years older than the game they are refereeing.

Ashburn Soccer Club will also be implementing a new BONUS program this Fall. The bonus amount will be based on the number of Recreational games (including the End–of–Season Soccer Celebration, SFL games, and ODSL games a referee works. The bonus program will work as follows:
